Sukkot Miracle

Arutz Sheva:
Yoni and Mazal Tzen'ani and their four children were miraculously spared when a mortar shell scored a direct hit on their home in Gush Katif early Shabbat morning.

"We woke up at 4 AM to the tremendous boom of a mortar shell entering our house," Yoni Tzen'ani, of Netzer Hazani, told Arutz-7 this morning. "The whole house trembled. Thank G-d we are miraculously OK"

"The shell landed in the living room, near the front door, and caused much destruction; this is a house that we built with our own hands, stone by stone... It's the first time that a shell fell in a house in Netzer Hazani, although we have had many other big blows [the terrorist shooting murders of Rabbi Yitzchak Arama last December and Etty Fahima in Nov. 2001, and several near-misses]...

Tzen'ani said that army commanders have already visited, and they promised that they would deal strongly with [this threat]; I hope they will, but I don't see that anything is really happening. If a shell had exploded inside a house like this elsewhere in Israel, the army would have been all over the place, cleaning out the enemy area from where the shell was fired - but here, a shell hits a house, and everything continues as usual..."
