Chief Rabbi of France: Avoid wearing yarmulke in public

Obviously, I have woken up in the wrong world. There's been some mistake. Rabbis don't ask you not to wear a yarmulke, they show you how to do it. And if there were such a story, it would be in the International Herald Tribune or the New York Times, not the Local/Region section of the Kansas City Star.
