Columbia rebel kidnappers release Israeli, British hostages!

A great miracle happened there

Tammy Ohayon, the mother of former hostage Orpaz Ohayon, hugs an
Israeli journalist, Assaf Gur, in Bogota Tusday, Dec. 22, 2003, after
receiving the news from her son on a cell phone that he had been
released by leftist rebels in the Sierra Nevada mountains of northern
Colombia. Orpaz Ohayon, three other Israelis and a Briton spent more
than three months in the hands of the National Liberation Army, or ELN.

DEBKA: Five Columbian ELN rebel hostages on way to Bogota, freed with help of local Roman Catholic priests from nearly three months in jungle. All in good health. Four Israelis: Benny Daniel, 23, from Ma’aleh Adumim; Ido Guy, 26, from Haifa; Erez Tawil, 24, from Herzliyah, and Orpaz Ohayon, 22, also from Ma’aleh Adumim – and Briton Mark Henderson, 31.
