Nit-picking over photo captions again

An elderly Palestinian, Mohammad Ali, 78, is pushed away
by an Israeli security man after he tried to hinder the work
of a bulldozer during a demonstration by Palestinians against
Israel's construction of the security fence which goes over
their land in the West Bank village of Midya.(AFP/Awad Awad)
Now, does it look to you like the Israeli is pushing him away? or pulling him, possibly out of harm's way?

I no longer give AFP, or any of the large photo agencies, any benefit of the doubt. I am suspicious and cynical about their political agenda. I have good reason to doubt their professional integrity; see this and this at CAMERA.

A Google search for [al Reuters] gets about 978 hits, with or without a hyphen.
