Found a new blog of interest: PaleoJudaica

"a weblog on ancient judaism and its context"
Discovered this site via a Judith Weiss post at Kesher Talk. The debate of whether to replace "Holocaust" with "Shoah" is one that really interests me.

Moreover, via PaleoJudaica, I came to this special edition on Mel Gibson's The Passion of The Christ in The Journal of Religion and Society, which includes these articles
Are the Gospel Passion Accounts Anti-Jewish?
Dennis Hamm, SJ, Creighton University

Christian Anti-Semitism: Past History, Present Challenges
John T. Pawlikowski, OSM, Catholic Theological Union

Romans, Jews, and Greeks: The World of Jesus and the Disciples
Sidnie White Crawford, University of Nebraska-Lincoln

The Arrest and Sentencing of Jesus: A Historical Reconstruction
Philip Cunningham, Boston College

Gibson's Passion: A Case Study in Media Manipulation?
Mark Silk, Trinity College

and much more
Wow, two posts and I'm shot. Blogging can be dysfunctional, like when it gets to be 2:00 in the afternoon and you haven't even taken a shower yet. While I go tend to my life, you can check out my friend Raz Telchai's letter in today's Daily Camera.

Kol hakavod, Raz!
