Sorry, folks, my blog's a mess. This is the best I can do temporarily to make it at least readable

If you saw this blog earlier this morning, you will have noticed that all of a sudden, everything was wonky. I'm a dunce at HTML and Blogger says it's not their problem, so I'm trying to figure it out as best I can (which so far amounts to ranting on the one hand and whining on the other). Cross your fingers and hope that I don't lose my archives.

UPDATE: Could be worse! Some blogs have been subjected to serial blog "murder." I kid you not.

And I didn't even know I should be worrying about such a thing.
